What you may not realize is that you already have all the resources you need. Listening to yourself is the first step to reaching your goal. I can help.

What is Neuro-Lingusitic Programming?
NLP, short for Neuro-Linguistic Programming, sounds ominous and a bit daunting; in fact it is based on a few simple precepts:
A certified NLP practioner/coach knows how to listen and respond to a client in order to achieve a well-formed outcome for that person.
Why use Ericksonian hypnosis?
Many people find that being in a light trance state relaxes them and allows them to access their unconscious mind. Tapping into this mind offers solutions and freedom to explore. Developed by Milton H. Erikson, M.D., this method of hypnosis used in combination with NLP helps us to bring more of you into the process.
Why see an NLP Practitioner?
Not everyone needs or wants psychotherapy or counseling. Sometimes however you just need to find a way to get “un-stuck” in order to find the next step in life. NLP, with its focus on accessing your inner resources and defining your options, can provide a key to taking that step.
Why “brief” coaching?
Brief coaching is an issue-focused, solution-oriented process. We will identify the issue, map out specific steps, and together set realistic and achievable goals. Unlike open-ended psychotherapy, brief coaching is time-limited and focused on one goal at a time. In the process of defining and working on goals, you will learn how to set boundaries around a creative project, access resources, define options and pace yourself through the beginning, middle and end of a project or transition.
Who could benefit from NLP/brief coaching?
Anyone who wants to be more mindful and effective can benefit from NLP/Brief Coaching. Because it offers a goal-by-goal, project-by-project orientation, it is especially effective for:
| Actors | Composers | Freelancers | Small Business Owners |
| Writers | Producers | Corporate Executives | Public Speakers |
